Due to our kindergarten day being cut short and anxiety over the stress of the Pandemic and difficulties at home, our students need brain breaks to keep them healthy and engaged in the learning process. These materials will help our students to be physically active and practice social, emotional, and physical skills while at recess, PE, or in integrated lessons. I have observed now more than ever before in my teaching career a greater need for students to find outlets for their stress and anxiety in a safe space. These materials will help us to provide that for our students.

About my class
