As a first year teacher, I do not have a lot of resources that are appropriate and engaging to teach my students the necessary skills to build mastery in skills they are learning. Teachers Pay Teachers provides creative activities and games to engage students in their learning. With pre-made games and activities it allows students to be motivated to learn as they are able to practice it through a variety of different ways. For example, there are multiplication packets with multiplication games students can do in smalls or independently. These activates will support and be additional to what I am teaching in my classroom. Teachers Pay Teachers connects activities to standards which helps to ensure that the activities are appropriate. For example, if I am teaching theme I can search up activities from that specific standard. It will then show me the different activities that match that standard. With everything ready to go, Teachers Pay Teachers saves me time in my lesson planning while providing a variety of activities that I can use to better differentiate, support and engage my students across all subject areas. My hope is that through this my students will continue to make progress despite the current circumstances and love learning.
