Participating in circuit training has many benefits including, improvements in muscular strength, improvements in muscular endurance, increased social interactions during a workout etc. The materials that I requested we do not have in our school or we have a limited supply (4 or less). Circuit training provides variety in your workouts and that is exactly what I am looking to provide for my students. Some students will tend to get bored easy with workout and circuit training with help a lot with that and I can also do full body workouts as well. The resistant bands will be used to help build strength. Each band exerts a particular amount of force on your muscles when stretched and can be used both for upper body and lower body training. Jump ropes will be used to improve my students foot coordination and it also helps to strengthen the muscles that surround your foot and ankle joints. Lastly, I requested the fitness dice because it offers a variety of exercises to my students while still in a game like situation for them. They can use the dice to compete with each other and the can use them in a group setting to where every student will have to do the exercises that someone in the group rolls. The donations to this project will help out a great deal and will contribute to my students physical education journey in understanding different way to train our bodies. Also, help them understand that training our bodies doesn't always have to be boring, but fun and energetic as well.
