The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of and competency in authentic, meaningful writing. By implementing the Writer's Workshop model, my students will begin to see themselves as true authors and illustrators. We will use this printer to aide us in the process of becoming life-long writers and illustrators. Students can take pride in what they create and display their work. As the teacher, I have taught writing to my students grades 3-5 using Writer's Workshop in the primary grades. Most of the time students have to reproduce by hand and can not print their work because we are limited to the use of B/W printers and limited to how many copies we can use. We sometimes are not even able to print because of antiquated tecnology. I truly need your support to make this a reality for my students. Thanks!
