These books will be used in our library to celebrate who we are as individuals, learn about diverse role models, and explore the impacts female leaders have made in science. These will be used to supplement our new reading curriculum that we have adopted. It will also be used to help start a conversation about the different minorities that are facing hardships and what we can do to help and support them. I will be using these books for read alouds in our library throughout the school year to help educate our students.
