Reading is so important for students. Especially now, reading can help students to escape from all that is going on in the world these days. I believe it is very important to provide students with opportunities to read books of their choice. This is how a love of reading is developed. As a first year teacher, I do not have any sort of classroom library. I hope to create one filled with inspiring books that will engage my students and teach them about a range of topics including history, social issues, and just plain old fun stories.
