As we are not yet back in the classroom my students drastically need supplies. These supplies will help students better navigate virtual learning. I have included a personal learning kit so that each of my students have a notebook to write in, pencils to use, and a sketch board to use during both math and ELA. I have also included a set of base ten blocks. Second grade is an important year for math and can be diffult for students when they do not have manupulatives in front of them. A container with lid for each student will also be helpful so that the students materials are neatly in one place. This will insure if they need to travel to a different house in the morning everything is easily in one place and ready to move. I am a first year teacher and I do not have the supplies built up to send out to my students. Receiving these supplies will greatly improve the student's education as we continue with virtual learning.
