AP Literature and Composition is a college-level course in which students analyze literature and authors’ writing choices. Students need to be able to mark up a book during this “deep dive” into text. We used to use post-its, but now because of COVID, the rules about sharing supplies have changed. It is important that students be able to annotate their own copy whether they are in-person with me or remote learning on hybrid days. Ideally, this year, students would keep their books instead of returning them at the end of the school.
