The speech and language students of Thornhill Elementary come from a wide variety of neighborhoods, and they miss being together. Currently, most of them are working with me individually because I have a computer with one tiny screen. When I have a second monitor, I will be able to form more groups where the students can interact with each other, increasing their social skills while working on their speech and language skills. This other monitor will allow me to share one screen with the group's activities on it, while being able to monitor their speech, social interactions, and facial expressions on the other monitor.
