Jump starting your heart will lead to understanding aerobic and anaerobic exercise and how it relates to your health. Jumping rope is an excellent, inexpensive exercise for cardiovascular health. Jump Start my Heart will have a two fold mission. It will be available in the Middle School Physical Education classes as well as here for faculty and staff to use as a part of a school wide wellness program. As a former Science teacher and current School Administrator, I like to lead by example and will also be a participant in the Jump Start my Heart activity.

About my class
