Being a Special Education teacher, I work with students on all grade levels. Math is an area where virtual learning can be very difficult, especially for my students. Being able to work math problems out live for these students and for them to see math in action will be a game changer for my virtual students. Students need to be able to see the problems being worked out, ask questions in real time and be able to get visual feedback. Teaching through slideshows is just not enough. Having an Apple iPad will help my students who can get discouraged with math feel more confident being able to me work out problems with them! With the Apple iPad, I will be able to create handwritten lessons that can be posted online that students can watch repeatedly until they have mastered a topic.
