The classroom library set will encourage students to read more about inclusivity and diversity. All of these books were chosen wisely based on my student's interests and curiosity. Not to mention, the classroom library will also allow students to read books where they can see themselves in the pages. Currently we are doing hybrid learning due to the pandemic. The art supplies will help my in person students ignite their creative and artistic skills. The white boards will be used for in person participation and formative assessments. This will also give my students a more hands on learning experience during hybrid learning. The laminator will be used to create resources e.g. worksheets. The markers will be used to write on the white board and this will help students that are visual learners. In my classroom, I want my students to learn how to be historians and humanitarians. As a first year teacher, all of these resources will really help me create a good learning environment for my students.
