My students are currently learning under the hybrid model. I have four differently levels of reading to teach. This allows me to teach them direct instruction reading for 30 minutes a day on google meets. This is not enough time for them to make adequate progress. With the ASD reading program, each student will be able to independently work at their level and at their own pace. I will feel confident that they are learning reading, writing, and comprehension skill when I am working with other students. I currently use other on-line reading programs that relies on methods that do not work for children on the spectrum and they are not making significant gains. The ASD Reading program will enable my students to achieve success.
