With CDC guidelines dictating 12' social distancing, in-school PE does not look the same. We're forced to shift away from certain gameplay activities and shift towards more physical exercising, dance, yoga, and meditation/mindfulness. Physical activity in these times is more important than ever with everyone doing the best they can physically, mentally, and emotionally. Sustained activity during PE in the above disciplines would be much more enjoyable and successful if we had some good exercise mats for each student. If we're going to do it, we should do it right so it increases the possibility that they become lifelong participants!

About my class
