Navigating online teaching and learning during a global pandemic truly has been like building a plane that is already in the air! One of my administrators advised us to “get started and then get better”. With each and every day I learn new skills and strategies to be a better online teacher. With a second monitor I’ll be able to see the faces of all of my students all together, and therefore be better able to engage and interact with them individually and as a whole group. We are all craving more connection during this time, and I’m excited to connect with them all on a larger screen.
