These books will make a difference in my students' learning because novels that do not engage students will be difficult for them to comprehend and discourage them from reading. By providing students with relevant and updated materials, they will be more likely to not only engage in class with the classroom activities but will explore the themes of the story more deeply. Relevant reading material is integral to effective and quality education. Without it, students too often find themselves checking out and becoming disinterested in reading and school as a whole.

About my class
