Our school has recently shifted its focus to students' social-emotional development, content knowledge skills, high-quality work, and character. The students' learning is cross-curricular encompassing these skills. We are highly collaborative. It is truly amazing that I get to see the personalities and characters that are unveiled in PE through sport and lifetime activities. Our students love to come to physical education class! Currently, I will have to teach with a mask on. Students will gain confidence through the mastery of fundamental skills such as throwing, catching, balancing, personal space, and fitness. This foundational equipment, rubber disk spots, rhythm sticks)will allow for full class participation and growth. Due to our inability to share equipment because of COVID-19, this equipment will allow for each student to work with their own set without the need to share.
