Learning in a brick and mortar school is the BEST way for young children to learn and for many parents the only option. Classrooms are not big enough to keep students 6 feet apart the entire time. I am hoping to get my project funded so that I can provide a safer learning environment during COVID, where social distancing is not always possible. Parents already have enough on their plates, and not all families can afford for students to be homeschooled or virtual because they have to work to provide for their families. I want to help ease my parents' concerns about COVID exposure. Sneeze guards will help minimize the exposure to COVID when social distancing is not possible in the classroom.
