As young children enter their first year of school, they'll get to know their peers with a wide variety of abilities, cultures, languages, and backgrounds. They are in an unprecedented time where they will embark on the new chapter in education with online learning. The iPad, Apple pencil, and smart keyboard will support students in the hybrid program. My students will be returning to class through a mixture of both hybrid and distance learning program. In an effort to create a classroom that celebrates inclusion and diversity, I will need to create materials that are appropriate for young learners. I will be able to use the iPad and Apple pencil to create, share, and complete work while learning in the different programs. The Apple products will provide a unique opportunity to promote a classroom of inclusion and diversity to combat racism in our community. I will be able to boost self-esteem by giving them chances to share their strength with each other. These products will help me create classroom themes that celebrate diversity. I will be able to create a wide range of materials that include read-alouds, worksheets, and other visuals, such as iMovies and Clips, where students can share their thinking and their love for one another. It is my hope that I can provide my students with the materials they need to embrace each others' differences.
