All of the items chosen for this project will not only benefit all of my Pre-K scholars in the classroom, but many of the items can also assist them in learning at home. When I became a Pre-K teacher this year, I did not have any hands on materials for my young scholars. I carefully chose items the scholars can use to help them with number and letter recognition. This is important when beginning early learning. These items will assist in teaching the student how to form letters and numbers. It will also allow the child to recognize, and learn what they have observed. These items will assist with teaching the students how to count and read, while increasing cognitive and fine motor skills needed to write.
