We were just impacted by two major hurricanes along with the global pandemic! We have finally returned to school! Our students were lucky enough to have two first days of school! We are very thankful to have a school. My students have been using old technology as long as I’ve been teaching them! The iPads freeze, computers take twenty minutes to get logged in, and they just waste a lot of time. As a district, we use technology in many lessons through supplemental lessons and core lessons. As a resource teacher, I would use the iPads to help the students learn to be more independent by using technology since it is not going away. Our district uses Microsoft 365 across the board, and there are so many different tools embedded within Microsoft! The students could potentially use OneNote as their notebook from their regular classroom teacher.
