We have started a new school-wide behavior system where students earn points when they are making good choices throughout the day. I would like to teach students early the importance of making good choices to earn points that they can "spend" on class snacks. This allows students to not only be rewarded for good behavior but teaches them the importance of saving their points in order to buy the snack they want. What student wouldn't like the choice to save and spend their "good behavior" points on a snack of their choice! It is never too early to teach students about earning and spending money.
