For the past few weeks, teachers have been teaching from a desk and when the students come back to the classroom, teaching from a desk will not give the interaction the students need. With the standing desk, it will be easier for me to present different materials but be mobile in the classroom without always being at a desk. The students also have Chromebooks, so those laptops will always need to be charged, and having surge protectors around the classroom will always give them a place to charge their devices.
