My students struggle with the abstract concepts of addition, subtraction. multiplication, and division. The materials that I'm asking for will help to make these ideas more concrete and more accessible. Memorization of facts has not been successful for my students which is why these hands-on materials are so important. I know that these materials will help get my students excited about their facts. When a student struggles with math, it's hard to motivate and encourage. I believe these materials will make my students successful, which is what I hope to accomplish. Thank you!
