These materials will be used to help the high school girls track and field team train and be better prepared for their races. With this equipment, we can organize more in depth practices to work on valuable skills, such as core strength, speed control, and sprint mechanics that the girls need in order to succeed and advance to the next level of competition. These athletes work extremely hard and would greatly appreciate any contributions toward perfecting their craft. The equipment will be stored on campus to be used for years to come. About my class
