My students come from low income environments and we don't have all the necessary items in our classroom to help them learn. PreK is about movement and discovery and learning hands-on. These items would really benefit my students in their learning. We have an old kitchen that doesn't have any paint left on it to tell what it is. We are missing manipulatives. We don't have a lot of hands-on sensory objects. We could really benefit from the items chosen to learn in PreK, I would be truly blessed to give my students these materials to learn since they deal with unfortunate circumstances on a daily basis.
