When using the document scanner camera, I will be able to project the work that I am doing on the computer screen. This way students will be able to follow along and see the things I am doing to model the lesson. Last spring, our district switched to remote learning and we were faced with many struggles. One of those struggles was explaining math over virtual meetings. It can be difficult for all students to see what is happening when I try to teach while using a whiteboard during a lesson. The content is unclear or too far away. When content is projected on the screen, everyone is able to see and follow along. It will be used in all of my class subjects during this remote learning time. Once we return to the classroom, it can be used by students to create videos, show academic videos and even take pictures! This is a must-have tool in any classroom, and it will help me out during this time of virtual teaching.
