Many students who are English Language learners are enthusiastic, creative, and love to explore the pages of books. Covid 19 has created an environment of many students being at home and In person which creates some challenges. The document reader will allow me to enhance the importance of reading passages, writing techniques, and create a warm relationship of support. Plus in this technology literate world, any interaction with updated technology will increase their literacy, comprehension, analyzing skills as well as their desire to learn to write effectively at 2nd grade level.
