With school starting back after Covid-19, some of my students don't have the motivation they used to. Most students have been at home so long they just don't want to come. I want to have resources to make my kindergarten students want to learn with unique items and ways to use them. It’s important for kids to want to come to school. Things such as fish and plants help students with a sense of importance and responsibility. They also need hands on materials like puzzles and stem resources such as LEGO blocks and magnets. Sometimes students need fun ways to learn. I believe these materials will help us get back into the classroom and give the students a reason to love school again.
