By providing each of our students (remote and in person) with their very own copy of a Scholastic News Magazine, we are teaching them the value of staying informed and up to date on current events in our world. Each week students will have the opportunity to learn about new and current topics that are interesting and engaging. Each student subscription gives access to not only the printed magazine, but fascinating videos that build knowledge on the topic, fun interactive games, hands-on activities that can be done at home, and a teacher guide to provide higher-order thinking questions. These resources can be used in the classroom as part of our science and social studies curriculum, and at home so our remote families can also have access to this fun learning adventure.
