Children with speech and language disorders need visual supports to help them learn. What a better way to do so, then with books, CD's, story telling props, a few toys, and a Teacher's Pay Teachers gift card. The gift card goes towards online activities that other SLP's have created to help give children a visual for the activity they are learning. Whether I am teaching virtually or in person, I can use these materials to help my students learn how to answer questions, name vocabulary, follow directions, work on speech sounds, and so much more! The Language Lotto and Prepositional Word activity will help expand each child's general knowledge to aid in their general education needs. Any goal on a child's plan can be met with books and a few toys. While toys and games may not seem academic, children learn more while having fun. Incorporating their individual goals into play is a great way to get them to learn about their environments in an engaging way.
