My students have great attitudes even in this time of distance. I am trying to set up different stations, and obstacles to complete a Fitness Friday obstacle course that will allow my students to work on social distancing while simultaneously completing activities that enhance each component of fitness. These products will enable me to set up different circuits for warm-ups, play games that involve bases, and set up separate team areas. Mat ball, Gaga Ball, Long ball, obstacle courses, safety techniques, circuit training, and teamwork lessons can all be easily attainable if we had this equipment. My students are advanced in terms of the standards in place. With this equipment we will be able to put together great progressions so that we can keep growing as little athletes and active students!
