With our current Covid-19 school setting, students are required to wear masks, sit in one place and look through plexiglass walls. It is my hope that with flexible seating I can provide my first graders with some much needed comfort, fun and movement. Endless studies have shown the benefits of offering flexible seating in the classroom. It can help children stay engaged, focused, and motivated as they learn. These additions are ideal for group brainstorming, circle time lessons, or reading time in an early education environment. Additionally, they can help children improve their posture, develop trunk control, and calm the wiggles while also making it easier to move around the classroom.

About my class
