A music rug will allow my students to learn more about the musical staff by having a place to play games to reinforce the names of the lines and spaces of the treble clef staff. Games are always a great way to implement what they are learning in their heads to actually handling the letters and placing them on the staff itself. This rug will also allow my kindergarten students to sit in an organized way around the rug for their learning time instead of sitting in chairs that are too big for them.
