My classroom is not equipped with the proper amount of exhaust fans above the stoves. Currently my classroom has 2 vent hoods for the 6th stoves in my room. Only 1 of the vent hoods works. My classroom has survived decades of students learning how to cook. I believe the classroom has been untouched as far as the cabinets are concerned and are from the mid to late 50's. When we cook in class the room it is usually full of smoke, as well as the school gets to have unrehearsed fire drills. Please help equip my classroom with proper ventilation.
