Being able to expose my students to new activities that they can do to stay active and have fun throughout their life is the best part of my job. In our area there are very limited opportunities for our kids to participate in golfing activities without paying big fees. Having golf putters and foam golf balls will allow me to teach them safely the skills of putting, scoring, and etiquette of the game in school by creating a fun mini golf unit that we can participate in while maintaining our distance for our state’s regulations. Students would love the chance to learn something new and fun! Older students will be challenged to create a mini golf hole at home and share a picture of their creations.

About my class
