Due to the change in the way that school will look this year, our students are being asked to supply their own materials. To reduce sharing objects, they will bring the school supplies back and forth to school each day. Some of our families couldn't afford the supplies, some have multiple children to prepare for school each morning, and some will just forget. We would never punish the children or deny them access to materials, so we are asking for a back up supply to be at each of our seven schools. When a child is without the proper equipment for the day, the teacher can send them quietly to the Wraparound Specialist to receive a pencil bag full of necessities. We all must work together to adapt to the changing school environment and to make it as safe and happy for our children as possible.
