My high school students are requesting Self Help books. They will benefit from these current books that support their mental health. By reading and discussing these books, we can start the conversation that so many of them want to have and don't know where to start. The current mental health crisis brought on by the pandemic is real and our students need help. They are asking for books like these that the library has very dated copies of. By adding these current books we can help support our students dealing with the mental health crisis.

About my class
