One of the things that I have learned from Virtual teaching is how important videos are in the learning process. I have been and will continue to produce videos of each of my lessons, which the students will be able to watch at their own pace. this will also insure that if they miss school for an illnes or disciplinary reasons, they can still see the lesson and not get behind. This will give each student a better learning experience. When we get back into the classroom, the lesson on video will also be an effective tool and the headsets will help eliminate distractions. With all of the lessons on video, I will be able to facilitate their learning by walking around the classroom, make certain they are watching my videos, and answer any questions they may have. The headsets will make this a very strong possibilty. They will be able to watch and listen in private, without outside noises and distractions.
