Hands on activities are the best for all children. Special education students sometimes need that extra for fun and engaging activity to encourage learning. Distance learners will participate in the activities via WebEx or zoom. We can use materials in the classroom and from nature in our playground area for math. The cash register will be fun creative play in my home center where the students can pretend they are grocery shopping for fruits and vegetables. Creative construction using magnets is something that children never grow out of. All of the materials are plastic but I would like for the classroom and can be easily cleaned and sanitized between student use. Any and all donations are appreciated in my classroom
