Currently my classroom iPad is so old that I can no longer download new apps or update the software. The new iPad will enhance the learning of my students through a different medium and engage them in learning. In my classroom I work with a variety of students with many different needs and having an iPad will allow me to differentiate my instruction to meet the needs of all my students. We will use the iPad to watch educational videos, play educational games and explore how to use technology. A new classroom iPad will allow me to differentiate instruction, and teach my students in a "fun" way. I have found the best way to teach my students is through non-traditional models. The new iPad will allow me to use a variety of tools and games to enhance my students’ learning.
