My students love to use technology as an extension of their learning. Since we are living in a time where technology is a leading force in education, and some of my students don’t have access to it at home, I want to create an equal opportunity for all of them to get a basic knowledge of how they can use it. We use our iPads to practice math and reading skills everyday, but since I am a new teacher, I only have enough to allow a few students to use them each day. This project would give more of my students the chance to build on those reading and math skills in a fun way and hopefully inspire them to find more ways to use technology in their education.
