These books will make an enormous impact on my students! As a first year teacher, we would truly appreciate books that students not only enjoy but also learn from. Literacy is the pathway to success and kind hearts. By having our own classroom library, our first graders will have easy access to books that can be taken home and enjoyed with family members. Read-aloud time is the time in which my students and I have the most meaningful conversations. Having a classroom library to choose from will facilitate these insightful conversations.
