This project will make a difference for my students because the library at our school is not up and running. My goal is to start a library in our class for my students to enjoy. This library will play a major part in small groups during differentiated instruction and for students that complete their work quickly. I want these books to encourage a love of reading, as well as how to be a reader. My students will use this library to help them with fluency, comprehension, and will build a love of reading. Our classroom library will be a vital part of our classroom as Kindergarteners are just learning how to read and be readers. A vibrant library is an essential part of any classroom.
