The bike helmets will help keep students safe not only on their way to school, but in their play time. Approximately 20% of our students ride their bikes to school without the proper safety equipment such as helmets. We are conducting our first Bike Safety week and will be handing out all the helmets we receive through this project. Along with handing out bike helmets, we will be teaching bike safety to all our 5th and 6th graders. Students will be participating on-campus and virtually so we can reach as many students as possible.
