Building phonemic awareness skills helps set the foundation for kindergartners to become excellent readers and writers. Creating a fun learning environment by the use of these learning centers in game format helps to motivate students as they play and build with one another. Students also learn independence and build relationships with each other. These Language Arts Literacy Centers help foster learning in a fun way. With these Literacy centers, students will learn decoding, rhyming, blending, and segmenting skills. These skills help foster and develop students into new readers and writers.

About my class
