These books will be used to teach our state standards and inspire creative illustrations and discussions about each of our unique families, homes, and traditions. These inspiring texts will afford my students the chance to see books that are a reflection of themselves. The authors, illustrators, characters, and settings reflect their lived experiences. These relational texts will engage and inspire a new generation of illustrator and authors! Students will engage with the bright, bold, and beautiful illustrations and the snappy fun to listen to stories. I am excited to share these beautifully written books!
