We have been learning about different habitats and how we can create models to understand structures. The students have researched and learned about animals that live in the desert and they wish to study many more. By donating to our project, my second graders will get a chance to monitor daily how ants work as a team to create underground tunnels for the colony. They will see the importance of teamwork and how it can help to achieve a common goal. Also, the students will have more book options to read for AR!
