These materials will be used to create a hands-on learning environment, which studies has shown to be an incredible teaching method for lesson retention. These materials will be used for the Art core standard but can also be utilized for other hands-on lessons in multiple subject areas, such as math and science. These materials can be an invaluable resource to increase my students' understanding of the core content area I teach. For the art core standard I plan on using these materials to paint scenes depicting perspectives. For math they can be used to paint equations in bright colors, often increasing material retention. They can be utilized for science by teaching the color wheel. Ultimately, these materials can be used for multiple subjects, furthering the use of all materials!
