These materials will help our team build stick skills and game sense. Wall ball is an essential activity that helps build hand-eye coordination, accuracy, passing, and catching skills. The bounce back will be vital in helping our team master these skills before, during, and after practice. Sometimes we have trouble with participation and finding someone willing to try/play goalie can be like finding a needle in a haystack. The Lacrosse Goal Shooting Target can help us work on our shooting accuracy and in times that we may not be able to field a goalie.
